Thank you for shopping on HealthyO! Following are the Terms and Conditions that constitute our shipping policy:
Order Processing - Once placing your order, we consider the below factors when calculating our Estimated Delivery Date.
Order processing time for most orders typically takes 1-2 business days, however, your order may ship anytime between 2-7 business days.
Our Estimated Delivery Date may change according to the shipping method chosen at checkout, cancelled orders, failed orders, payment errors, technical issues or order related issues.
Transit Time - Please be advised that HealthyO!'s shipping speed does not include the time we take to deliver your order. Shipping speed only shows the time we take to prepare your order for delivery.
Vendor shipping policies - Even though most vendors usually ship orders the same time as HealthyO!, vendor policies may differ according to the item being shipped. Customers are asked to read the policy of each item before purchase.
When your order is ready to ship, we will provide you with the name of the courier and the tracking number if available.
Please NOTE: Delivery business days DO NOT include weekends and holidays. Also, Orders that are unpaid for or marked as a failed payment within 1-2 days will be automatically cancelled.
Refund Policy
HealthyO! Company Ltd will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributers or retail partners.
Discounted items are not eligible for a refund.
We will not issue refunds without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Customers are asked to check all products on delivery!
If you purchased directly from HealthyO! Company Ltd and you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of unused and unopened within 7 days. Once we receive the return item, HealthyO! Company Ltd will then give a full refund (excluding shipping, as we are unable to fulfill the initial shipping cost of your order).
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in the original packaging and in the condition that they were received or it may not be eligible for a refund and/or be subjected to a restocking fee.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
